When it comes to fitness and conditioning, we don’t mess around. Our shared passion for working out was the catalyst that brought us together at our local Miami gym a few years back.
It was our collective desire to elevate our performance levels and realize our true strength through plant based protein and nutrient dense food. This made us instantly aware that there were NO health bars on the market that delivered the performance ingredients our bodies deserved and required. So we made one!

We Make it ourselves
Most of the bars you buy are made by third party co packers, basically folks running a manufacturing plant. You are trusting that a food manufacturer is putting quality before profit margins. At SHANTI BAR, we make all our delicious bars at our own certified facility with extremely strict, high standards of ingredient excellence and under our caring supervision.
We carefully source only the best nutrient dense, organic super food ingredients and marry them together the way we were trained to do, as chefs. The result, the healthiest, most delicious over loved bars you will ever experience.
