Shipping policy

Shipping

Orders ship within 2-5 business days. All customers will receive an email with tracking link upon shipment of their order. Tracking links contain the most updated information available in regards to shipment status.

Missed Deliveries

Once an item has left our warehouse, customers are encouraged to stay up to date with delivery based on their tracking link. More than one delivery attempt may be made. Deliveries that are unsuccessful will be taken to the closest depot location for pickup. It is the responsibility of the customer to retrieve the package at the designated pickup location. SAVE THE RAINFOREST is not responsible for packages not retrieved.

Damaged in Transit

For any packages damaged in transit, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at hello@savetherainforestbar.com. Please take pictures of item damage, including the outer shipping box and contents inside. Please include these pictures in email along with the lot number and expiry date (located on the backside of individual bars). We will open a case with the courier immediately. If the actual bars are damaged and cannot be consumed, we will process a replacement once the case is complete.

Lost in Transit

For any packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at hello@savetherainforestbar.com. We will open a case with the courier immediately. We will process a replacement as soon as the courier has completed their case and deemed the package lost.

Future Delivery Dates


Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate holding orders for future delivery dates. Orders ship within 3-5 business days within time of purchase.

Address Corrections

Changes of address can only happen before an order has been processed. Processing can happen anywhere between order placed and up to 72 hours after placing an order. If you input your address incorrectly please send an email to hello
@savetherainforestbar.com as soon as possible to inquire about order status. SAVE THE RAINFOREST is not responsible for a package being returned due to insufficient or incorrect address. A shipping fee will be applied if a package needs to be reshipped. 

 

Tracking Show Delivered But Not Able to Locate

Please take a look at any notes your carrier may have made in your tracking history (i.e. Left at Front Door). If you're still unable to locate the package, please contact the carrier, i.e. USPS, UPS. If your shipping address is in an apartment complex or office building, we’d recommend checking in with your neighbors, front desk attendant, property manager, and/or mail room.

Often times packages will turn up 24-48 hours after being reported missing, so if after 48 hours your package still hasn’t turned up, please reach out to us.
