Returns and Exchanges

At SAVE THE RAINFOREST we take pride in providing the very best products at the most affordable prices. We hope that you love all our items, however, we do understand that like our bars, each of us are unique and that some products just may not be for you! If you encounter a problem with your bars please contact hello@savetherainforestbar.com within 7 days of delivery of order and we will do what we can to make it right.

Eligibility:

To provide the best experience we ask that you notify us via email with your intent to return within 7 days of delivery. Please contact our team at hello@savetherainforestbar.com
Subject: "Refund request"
To receive a refund, all returns must be approved by our Customer Experience Team with an authorized return number.
Return shipping fees will be paid by the original purchaser.
We are unable to refund or accept returns on any product(s) purchased anywhere other than www.savetherainforestbar.com. Proof of purchase or identifying details such as order number may be required.
Original shipping fees are not refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund/return if abuse is suspected. Any refund requests outside the scope of this policy will be handled at our team's discretion. In no event will any remedy, replacement, or refund constitute an admission of any kind.

Order Cancellations

Once orders have been processed we cannot accept cancellations. Processing can happen anywhere between immediately and up to 72 hours after placing an order. Should you wish to cancel your order please send an email to hello@savetherainforestbar.com to inquire about order status.
